RETURNS FOR DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
Should your goods arrive damaged or faulty then please advise us within 2 business days of receiving delivery via email with a photo of the damaged item.
29 Milan will reply within 48 hours regarding the options to return the order. Once we receive the items back for inspection, 29 Milan will contact you regarding a refund or replacement item. We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Return shipping charges will be refunded only if the returned item is faulty.
